旅行登记

What is the purpose of 旅行登记?

You are required to register if your university-related travel meets 至少一个 下列条件之一:

To complete the 旅行登记, you will need to know the following:

  • Name 和 email of trip organizer, if any

Additional Information for International Travel

Do I need to complete the 旅行登记表格 if I'm studying abroad?

All other student travelers do need to complete a travel registration.

I'm a student athlete, do I need to register when traveling to an away game?

The student travel policy does not apply to “全国大学体育协会”(NCAA)和/或“美国大学体育协会”(USCAA) 学生运动旅行.

If you are traveling in a student capacity, you will need to register your travel following the procedure outlined above. 

If your travel is for a business purpose associated with your employment, you will not need to register your travel here.
