A Semester long community building weight lifting program for women! The program is designed to create a positive & safe space for women to work out, 火车在一起, 和 work toward achieving their personal fitness goals! 登记 opens January 16!

加入幸福 & Recreation for a fun Valentine's Day Themed Cardio Dance 集团的健身 class on 2月14日th! 登记 opens 23 hours prior to the class start time!

F45季后赛

Test your fitness with fellow F45'ers in 幸福 & Recreation's first ever F45 Games competition! This 45-minute competition will be a TEAM based, REP based event. 团队s of two (pairs) will compete in a cardio-based workout trying to max out on the most amount of REPS all together. Each member will complete one lap with a coach tracking along the way. 3圈后, all REPS from each member will be totaled together 和 the team with the MOST cumulative number of REPS will WIN! 登记 will open on January 23rd 和 closes at 8pm on 2月ruary 23rd. 

狗+瑜伽= DOGA! 

This Yoga class will be featuring a surprise guest...狗! Relax from your week with some yoga while playing with therapeutic dogs! There will be 3 classes held on 3月6日tg starting at 5pm, 5:20pm, 和 5:40pm! 登记 for this event opens 23 hours in advance of each of the scheduled start times!

自行车+瑜伽= Spinyasa!

This 60-minute class of cycling 和 yoga will have you working up a sweat! Spinyasa is a fusion-fitness class that includes 30 minutes of cycling folllowed by 30 minutes of vinyasa yoga. Start off the class with a cardiovascular workout followed by poses 和 stretches to restore the body! 登记 opens 23 hours before each class!

Engage in outdoor physical activity with balance 和 poise by attending one of our outdoor yoga classes. 请自备垫子! 登记 for each of these outdoor Yoga classes opens 23 hours prior to the class's start time!
